The end result was very good. However, when the repair time drug out I could not contact anyone who could tell me anything. The one time I contacted someone on the phone I was transferred to their voice mail. I took my van in on a Thursday afternoon, received a notice they were requesting warranty approval on Friday. Friday afternoon I received a text saying it was approved but too late in the day to complete the work. So no transport for my wife for the weekend. Monday no one would return my calls. Yes, I finally got my van back and the work appears to be very satisfactory but the communication was very frustrating. More
