Was giving incorrect times for when service was to be finished. Waited over an hour longer after dropping off my truck and being told it would be done an hour earlier than I arrived. My wife dropped the vehicle off for repairs at 8am, never got a call to let her know it was done so she left a message for the rep and he never called back. So at the end of the day she went to check on it got a call to let her know it was done so she left a message for the rep and he never called back. So at the end of the day she went to check on it since no call back and come to find out the part that was needed was never even there. So it set there all day and she was without a vehicle. They asked if she wanted to leave it overnight as the part should be there the next day. She chose not to and was told she would get a call. Never got a call so again, she called them and was told the part wasn’t even in this country. And now here we are two weeks later and still nothing. I understand that delays happen but the lack of communication is unreal. More
