Service department Took ford diesel truck, they kept for 2 weeks. 8000.00, pd in cash. Next morning wouldn't start, they towed it back to dealer. The most important item is the fact that the sticker states 21mpg, they promised me 24 mpg, and on a good day with a good tail wind I get 15 mpg. People don't believe for when they state the mpg on the ego boost. and most of all avoid thunderbasin ford because they are like a lion, they kill you and take all you got then turn their back on you.
