Steve Fernandez also was more than accommodating in answering every question and making this car buying experience a very pleasant one. Mike Starace, finance manager did an excellent job explaining the financing options and all associated paperwork in a very professional clear manner. The entire team at Thruway Nissan made it a wonderful experience. This team not only works well with each other but also makes every customer comfortable in turn making the car buying experience a pleasant one. Each time, I’ve narrowed the field to car car I’ve wanted, then visited all dealers within 45 minutes of my town. This dealership has definitely been the best experience I’ve had. There was no pressure and everyone I dealt with was straight forward and honest. The day I picked up my truck, it rained earlier in the day, leaving it with spots. The manager saw it and immediately brought the car to th back to get it cleaned perfectly while I was finishing up paperwork. The attention to detail was refreshing.
