Service department is great, but sales are horrible!! the service department is great never have a problem but as far as sales go that’s a different story. I was having my car serviced and wanted to see about trading in my Nissan rouge, so I was dealing with a sales guy which took my info did all the paper and never heard back about anything. My wife loves Nissan Rogues and always went to PK Nissan and now I know why!!! They will do everything to get what you want or close to it and call you back. This dealership is a joke listen if you can’t get the deal done at LEAST CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK!!! More
