I had my mechanic check them and they were below 20% pad.You cant sell a used car with pads below 30%.THEY DID replace them after some bickering and reminding them they put a sticker on it. Two weeks later starter dies and I had the car towed to KIA dealer.Thrifty WOULDNT help with a loner or rental this is within 3 weeks of purchase. I cant tell the public where to go but you should avoid these sleazy people They will want nothing to do with you after you TRY to drive away. More

Best quality vehicle for the best price I have been on and off searching for a vehicle for months now. I wasn't sure what I wanted and really didn't want to get into another loan. Once my mechanic told me that I would need almost a thousand dollars to repair my old Chevy I decided to just put that money towards a new car. Darren helped me find the perfect car after about six different test drives. He was very patient and not the least bit pushy. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I feel in love with my new 2012 Ford Fusion, it had less than 30k miles so it still felt like a brand new car. I have already sent my brother and my father to Thrifty in Westfield to buy their vehicles and the best part was Thrifty sent me two referrals checks for a $100 each! I can see that Thrifty's reputation is fairly uniform as being the SHIFTY business model I experienced. No need to go on and on about my personal details, but suffice it to say I'm stuck with a lemon......they know they stuck me with a lemon......they won't return my calls......alot of run around.......I'll never do business with them again.....I'll tell as many people as I can tell about their SHIFTY business practices......and NO, I HAVE AFFILIATION WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.....and likely neither did the previous reviewer that SHIFTY responded to on here! Absolute terrible experience shopping from Thrifty. Their so called Thrifty Certified Vehicle Program is a complete farse. They have no after purchase service whatsoever and will do nothing but string you ar so called Thrifty Certified Vehicle Program is a complete farse. Terrible absolutely terrible service. Called more than 5 times because the car needed repairs and no one ever calls back. No one knows what's going on.
