This dealership was not what I expected from a dealership during the COVID crisis. I felt as though I was not treated professionally or respectfully by the aggressive salesman, who I believe was severely dis during the COVID crisis. This place is a joke!!! Adam , the staff and the service department are into selling you lemons. Purchased a vehicle 2 months ago nothing but trouble since. They sell you crap so they get your $$ then they get more $$ cause they offer to fix any issues with their crappy service department. Example one item to be replaced before purchase was the battery, the only thing they replaced was the sticker on the battery to make it appear it was new, They also said they would put on a new spare, got the car no spare!! Like i said list goes on!!! Adam is a fast talker and heartless this place should not be operating legally. Save yourself keep driving by them More

Owner rip off Sold a lemon to me. Only drove it two days and had to do 8 + trips to try to get things straightened out. Never happened. When to return the car but s Sold a lemon to me. I can't believe this car was ever inspected. Upon returning the car, the owner reduced its value because the deal had been made. Never took in consideration the number of problems with the car, the number of trips to try to get repairs, was never repaired properly. Boss is a good talker finds another I can really not afford because I wanted to pay cash. I was forced to take another car and a loan on that car. The story got so twisted that I was stuck. Don't let the owner play games with you. It was said the owner did not make much money on the new car I had to buy but in fact he did make money. The $3,000 we're supposedly applied to the new car. Remember he reduced the value of the first car upon my having to return the dud. Fast talker. No service after the sale. Be aware! More

They won't do anything to make it right either and the manager was very rude telling me I was unprofessional, they were the ones being unprofessional. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT at its finest. I will be lodging a formal complaint with the DMV tomorrow when they are opened. DO NOT GO HERE. Definitely do not deal with Michelle if you see her on offer up either. More

Just out to get your money and sell you a broken down car These people took advantage of my sister they told her that they would help her get her license by giving her $900 at first if she traded in her vehic These people took advantage of my sister they told her that they would help her get her license by giving her $900 at first if she traded in her vehicle then it went down from 900 to 750 then it went down to 700 and then to 650 then lower than that of cash back that they were going to give her she had the car for over a month then the car that she was driving the new car that she has bought started shutting off on her while she's driving in the middle of the road she takes the car back the financing gets approved all of a sudden they say nothing's wrong with the car that our car is ready she goes to pick up the car the car shuts off on her again and then she was about to leave they told her not to leave and took the car and gave her her and then she was about to leave they told her not to leave and took the the new car and said that she wasn't approved and gave her the car that they were supposed to finish paying off back so now she's behind on her car payment from another dealership because they didn't pay the car off they're Liars their deceivers and all they want is your money I would never recommend Thrifty auto sales in Gilbert to nobody More

Which wasn’t an easy task considering I’m hard to please, had NO credit and was had hard lines I wasn’t willing to negotiate. But every single person we encountered did whatever they could to ensure that I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted! Great experience!! More
