Angie is a wonderful person to deal with as the morning went by she kept us informed regarding our 1914 Silverado LTZ pick up truck. Angie truly knows and performs a high quality of customer service. We also had another 3 Way Chevrolet employee by the name of Paul he also was a great person to deal with. Same as Angie. During the last service we dealt with Robert Atkison he kept us there for a whole day without letting us know regarding our truck we had to keep asking what was going on with the truck we were there with nothing to eat he back talked to my wife and was extremely rude with us he has no sense of customer service we are a couple in our 83 and 75 years old living in Porterville he ( Robert) is just too ignorant regarding our age and how far we live. More

My appointment was at 8am to have my air conditioner serviced and while It was there they were going to address an airbag recall. I explained to the service coordinator I was getting it serviced to brin serviced and while It was there they were going to address an airbag recall. I explained to the service coordinator I was getting it serviced to bring it back for trade-in. This is my fourth Chevy-Tahoe. I transport my special needs daughter and the cargo space accommodates her wheelchair and Walker. I received a call at 2:15 advising it was busy there and that they would not be able to look at my air conditioner and that work is completed based on the skill-set of employees available and that they should be able to address the recall by 4:00. When I asked when the air conditioner could be fixed I was told I don’t know but you can call for another appointment, I’m not sure if anyone at 3-Way Chevrolet has every loaded and unloaded a child and wheelchair in 110 degree heat without an air conditioner but I’d like to add it’s difficult. This incident coupled with an event a few years ago when the service coordinator left early for the day without calling me to let me know my car would not be ready and forcing me to rent a vehicle has left an unsettling feeling. I will not be returning to 3-Way Chevrolet. If this review makes it to anyone with seniority I would ask that you engage your employees in communication training because it ultimately doesn’t matter how wonderful the vehicles are if the communication fails. Arrived at around noon, no service advisor. Everyone was on their lunch break. Advisors need to stagger lunch breaks in order to improve customer service. Worst dealership in kern County,sells lemons and defected parts,and will make you pay for them,last straw was they called me to schedule a appointment to fix 4, yes 4 recalls on my truck,got there at 10:00am parts,and will make you pay for them,last straw was they called me to schedule a appointment to fix 4, yes 4 recalls on my truck,got there at 10:00am like they scheduled me for,3:00pm no calls,no answer when I called,finally had to go up there and my truck was just sitting there,not being worked on and was told they didn't have the parts and they had to order them,FYI I heard the service manager tell another service guy to drop everything and work on patrol cars only,basically forget all the regular customer's More
