They don't take responsibility for things they damage on your vehicle while it is in service. My defective windshield had to be replaced. In doing so they ripped my wipers off a dry windshield, ruined them your vehicle while it is in service. My defective windshield had to be replaced. In doing so they ripped my wipers off a dry windshield, ruined them and refused to replace them. They also left the threshold on the passenger side scratched and muddy. Nobody ever rides in my passenger seat so it sure wasn't my doing. They took over 2 weeks to fix a simple sunshade problem because they broke the 1st part they ordered, and then they threatened to charge me for the rental car that THEY offered. The sun shade originally broke over a year ago and when it was still under warranty. When I went to pick the vehicle up it was not repaired properly and they gave me a song-and-dance that the malfunction may work itself out. I should have never taken the vehicle, but the rental had already been returned, it was late and I was tired of dealing with these people. This 3 1/2 year old suv with 21k miles eventually had to be taken back to fix the broken sunshade they sent me home with the first time. Now the SUV was out of warranty and of course they wanted to charge me. They should have fixed it properly the 1st time. They sent me on my way with the sun roof still broken the 1st time and they knew it! I made an appointment to speak with the general manager of the dealership with his assistant Danielle. When I arrived she behaved like some kind of a space case and had obviously forgotten about the appointment and didn't write anything down. She told me he was in meetings all this week and couldn't see me. When I called to make the appointment I specifically mentioned when I get there I don't want to hear that he's in a meeting...lol This dealership is unbelievable. I will never buy another vehicle there... And I love new cars with all the bells and whistles. More

Awesome staff took care of all my needs also, in the dealership was clean and well-maintained. Bathrooms for in good shape.
