3-Way Service is great with taking you home and picking you up when car is ready. The flawed software the drivers use to get me via the GPS keeps going to the other side of the wall from my house. It goes to the GPS target but not on the correct street. Other than that, Matthew and the rest of the crew at 3-Way are excellent. My repair is not over yet though, I got my car back but need to bring it back in to replace the DC charging system. I'm happy that the Bolt works ok without it for now. Only fast charging for longer trips is affected. Great car and great dealer to bring it to for fixing. They have been really good about not charging me for any of the repairs the car needs (still under warranty). They are mindful of your time and I'm always in and out in record time. These guys get 5 stars: everything under their control is done with excellence (GPS software notwithstanding). I've been to other GM dealers with this car: 3-Way far exceeds them in customer service.
