3-Way Service is great with taking you home and picking you up when car is ready. The flawed software the drivers use to get me via the GPS keeps going to the other side of the wall from my house. It goes to the GPS target but not on the correct street. Other than that, Matthew and the rest of the crew at 3-Way are excellent. My repair is not over yet though, I got my car back but need to bring it back in to replace the DC charging system. I'm happy that the Bolt works ok without it for now. Only fast charging for longer trips is affected. Great car and great dealer to bring it to for fixing. They have been really good about not charging me for any of the repairs the car needs (still under warranty). They are mindful of your time and I'm always in and out in record time. These guys get 5 stars: everything under their control is done with excellence (GPS software notwithstanding). I've been to other GM dealers with this car: 3-Way far exceeds them in customer service. Bottom line the work did get done and my car runs amazing but, My advice would be to get all the information up front and constantly ask or call the service dept for updates. Monday, 8:00am when the service department opened I dropped my car off to fix a leak in the coolant system. Thought it was a hose, quoted 2-3 hours so I decided to stay and wait. 8:51am l got a call from my advisor that it was the thermostat leaking and had to be replaced. Gave them the OK to do the work… still waiting and 11:45am I decide to check on the car. They sent someone to look at it and the young man told me himself “looks like they’re almost done” I continue to wait 12:55pm i walk back into the service center and ask “what’s taking so long? My car should have been done by 11-11:30am” my service advisor told me “they needed to order the thermostat and they JUST received it 15 minutes ago so the tech should be done around 2pm” I told them this was unacceptable for extremely poor communication. I missed an entire day of work. A 2-3 hour job turned into 6.5 hours. More
