I told her the car I wanted, the price I wanted to pay, the down payment and interest rate I wanted I wanted to pay. Five simple emails and 1 week later, I drove home with my new car and an interest rate .5% lower than my request. I don't know why anyone would buy a car any other way these days. They work with the factory to get the specfic car, and most dealers do not do that. When I need service, they set me up for a loaner because they understand my job and work schedule. They stay on top of incentives to make sure you get your best price. I belive the car I just purchsed is my 6th from Three Rivers (9th VW I have owned) and I think that speaks of the service of the dealership. Seth, Ryan, Derrick, John, Kathie and the entire team make Three Rivers a fine dealership. More

I needed a new car to replace my dying Jeep, and 3 Rivers Volkswagen had my dream replacement car. The car is perfect so far, and Ben Rush was a great salesperson. His attitude and manner were both friendly and professional, he took the time to find what my needs and wants were in the car, and he wasn't too pushy. The dealership was willing to drop the price by a bit to deal with the only concern I had, and on top of that, they were able to keep me from running into a big issue which would've seen me paying a heap more in insurance! Overall, they were super accommodating, and I'll definitely look to them in the future and recommend them to others. More

On the day that I picked up my car, I noticed some spots on the window that had not been taken care of. Larry took it back to the shop and had it clean right away. He talked with the customer rep over text message first. The rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped tremendously with meeting our budget. This dealership is over an hour away from our house and we did not want to make the trip for nothing essentially. After speaking with Ben, we felt comfortable enough to make the trip without feeling like it was going to be a waste of time. With the vehicle we were purchasing being a used car, we did not expect any of the "extras" so-to-speak, but we sure got them! The car was cleaned inside and out and a tear in the seat was fixed as well before we left with the vehicle. The majority of our interaction was with Ben, but our salesman (Ryan) was also very nice and got us through the paperwork portion very quickly!! We would definitely recommend this dealership whether you're in the market for a new or used vehicle!! More
