Tim Bombash was the representative assigned to work with us and he was pleasant, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the VW Jetta we purchased. He took the extra time to show us around the service department and share some tips about the Jetta. We also worked with Ryan Sicchitano in the Financing Dept and he was pleasant and personable too. We felt no pressure and the dealership's easy access was important to us as well. This is probably close to our 8th or 9th Jetta TDI - we trade in every 3 years or so - and we feel quite confident we will be back to see Tim when it comes time to trade in again. More

I arrived pretty close to closing time and he had no hesitations with taking me on a test drive and taking time to answer any specific questions I had about the vehicle. I could tell that he had a deep understanding and love for the product that he's selling. It made me feel more comfortable and confident with my purchase. He was also very thorough in explaining the services that the shop has to offer. (Express service, etc) It's definitely my plan to use their services in the future. Would not recommend for a used car purchase. Purchased a pre-owned Subaru from this dealership in November 2015. After test drive, salesperson allowed me to look under the vehicle to inspect for Purchased a pre-owned Subaru from this dealership in November 2015. After test drive, salesperson allowed me to look under the vehicle to inspect for any issues. Noticed fluids coming from bottom of engine area. They indicated it was just "residue" from detailing the engine compartment. Returned 2 days later to finalize purchase and was still concerned about possible engine leaks. My salesperson at that time had the service department recheck vehicle and indicated no problems found. Completed purchase of vehicle for my daughter who commutes to college. One month later, local Subaru dealer inspected vehicle free of charge and verified "heavy engine leaks" of both coolant and oil. One positive note was that Three Rivers offers a 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty on used vehicle purchases and engine repairs were covered under this warranty (which would have been thousands of dollars without warranty). More

Complete and total satisfaction. I chose Three Rivers Volkswagen without having had any prior experience with the dealership. My situation at the time was having to turn in a 2013 Vol I chose Three Rivers Volkswagen without having had any prior experience with the dealership. My situation at the time was having to turn in a 2013 Volkswagen CC (my second CC over a six year period) that was nearing the lease expiration. I had given the "other" VW dealership in our area the opportunity to assist me with delivering the vehicle and leasing or purchasing another Volkswagen. I had previously leased and had all the service on the vehicle done at the "other" dealership. To my total chagrin, the "other' VW dealership acted as if they could have cared less about my business. Therefore, out of frustration and in need of getting a deal done, I went to Three Rivers Volkswagen. Long story short, in less than three hours, I signed and drove away with a 2016 Tiguan. I could not be more satisfied with how I was treated. I greatly appreciate the individuals in sales, finance, and management that made this a pleasant experience.
