Excellent car detailing I brought in an "inherited"older model car which needed a thorough interior cleaning. The carpets and seats were badly stained, and the hard surfaces I brought in an "inherited"older model car which needed a thorough interior cleaning. The carpets and seats were badly stained, and the hard surfaces were very dirty. They did an exceptional job. The stains are gone, and the interior finally smells clean. The exterior of the car has many dents and dings, but they were able to polish it to have one overlook the damage. I recommend them highly. In addition, I was able to get the car in for this service within two days. More

FANTASTIC SERVICE! My car needed some serious attention and quick. Flat tire, alignment out and late on an oil change. Chelsea and Jamie got my car into service as soon as I got there on a Saturday morning (I did not have an appointment), kept me informed the whole way as to what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and let me know as soon as it was ready for me to pick up. When I got back to pick my car up, they had two rebate forms filled out with everything set to go! All I had to do was put a stamp on an envelope! They made this usually stressful situation a breeze! I dealt with Larry Titchworth (who I would highly recommend asking for if you go in), and I ended up deciding on a 2013 Jetta SE. It had just come into the dealer so it still had to be detailed. During the week while waiting, Larry told me that another Jetta had come in, exact same model and color, but this car had a sunroof and upgraded radio, which he offered at the same price, which I took! I was extremely happy with everything. I mean I can't really express how great it was. After signing all the paperwork, Larry took me out to the car to explain all the controls in the car. He was extremely knowledgeable not only with the vehicle, but with Volkswagen as well. I am so pleased with their service and all the perks, I plan to go back here the next time I need a car! More
