A simple hose replacement cost me over $1,000. 00! Will never go back! They even lied about hours of service as said open until 4:00 pm on a Saturday and was towed there because of that!! Closed 00! Will never go back! They even lied about hours of service as said open until 4:00 pm on a Saturday and was towed there because of that!! Closed at 2:00 pm and gentleman at desk said probably a hose and a little over $125.00. Then this same man got defensive and said he could put the hose in my back seat when I questioned why so much. Criminal what they charged!! Probably because I’m a woman and towed in!!! More
TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I took my Jeep in for inspection and alerted the service manager to an issue with the fog light switch. They say they checked it, and passed it for inspection. The next da inspection and alerted the service manager to an issue with the fog light switch. They say they checked it, and passed it for inspection. The next day my battery was dead. The garage I took it to said the multifunction switch was broken and had to be replaced. My vehicle should not have passed inspection. I do not recommend Three Rivers Jeep. More
Poor Customer Service, Lack of Information I have purchased multiple vehicles with this dealership, along with close to a dozen referrals. I have always taken my vehicles to the service departm I have purchased multiple vehicles with this dealership, along with close to a dozen referrals. I have always taken my vehicles to the service department for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc. I was told for the duration of my lease to help maintain the vehicle that I would receive complimentary oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments and was never forewarned of an "expiration date" on these services. I took my Jeep in for inspection and had my routine oil change, tire rotation, and alignment done as well and still was never told any of these services had expired. When asked about the services and why I was never informed of any of this expiring the only response I had gotten was, "Well, sorry". I am close to 8 years with this dealership and never have I ever received such poor customer service in the service department. My inspection in 2019 was less than $100, this year, since no one felt the need to inform me of an expiration date, my bill was close to $400. I would highly recommend looking at a different dealership that can be more informative to their customers. More

I can not believe dealer had a right to refuse to work in their own products! Nothing older than 10 year old was what service department stated! More
The worst. Mike was such a jerk “I didn’t sell you anything.” After I presented the “We Owe” paperwork to him. Not sure why they haven’t fired him. They don’t even have a car wash nor has my NEW vehi anything.” After I presented the “We Owe” paperwork to him. Not sure why they haven’t fired him. They don’t even have a car wash nor has my NEW vehicle been washed by the dealership, even when purchased. First oil change is Free but the required tire rotation is $24. Oil Change is normally $40 - again Mike was a Jerk. Didn’t even know if the factory required this. More
Rude service I came to Three Rivers for a state inspection and was told I needed to have a part fixed before passing. First, the men in the service department woul I came to Three Rivers for a state inspection and was told I needed to have a part fixed before passing. First, the men in the service department would not tell me exactly what was wrong with my car or where exactly the hole in the part was. I was told "if you take somewhere else, they'll be able to find it," as if I was not capable of understanding. Second, I knew the estimate given to me was more than it should have been, so I took my car somewhere else for repairs. That shop told me that I should not have had to fix anything to pass an inspection, and gave me an estimate that was half the cost of Three Rivers. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again. More
Poor service - went to another dealership We purchased our Ram brand new from this dealership, so when we experienced engine trouble/noises (like birds chirping) we took it in under the 5 yea We purchased our Ram brand new from this dealership, so when we experienced engine trouble/noises (like birds chirping) we took it in under the 5 year/100,000 mile warranty. From the start it seemed like Mike the tech was trying to find a way "NOT" to help... Started with the ""it won't be covered" before even getting into things. Asked for service receipts. After they were provided, he says he is not spending hours trying to find out the issue is, then getting denied on the warranty because ….the receipt looked doctored!?! WHAT?! They were computerized from Jiffy Lube - he could've called there if any questions. At that point, I asked for a service manager. Then, Mike claimed to be the service manager. So, I later talked to General Manager Bill but that provided no help in resolving, except to get me in touch with the real service manager Frank. Frank's way of helping was to offer to :LOOK into finding issue for $95 PER HOUR!!! Telling me how they had to take entire engine apart. I heard of a flat diagnostic fee, but never an hourly! Lets remember, Mike had told me he had no idea what that sound was and it could take long time to figure it out and he wasn't touching it. After contacting RAM directly, they advised me to go to new dealership. We did so. Best move ever. In the meantime I learned that the noise was common issue likely related to the lifters/cam on the HEMI. When we got to new dealership, we experienced a big difference. They did mention a diagnostics fee - but it was a flat fee of $95 and he stressed if its a warranty issue there would be no charge. They came back same day saying yes, it was definitely engine issue, gave me keys to a loaner vehicle and instead of tearing apart my engine - they just switched out the engine for a new rebuilt one!!! Simple and easy - no run around, no bs, no accusations. Would highly recommend South Hills Dodge Ram - and will never purchase another vehicle at Three Rivers due to the way they allow the Service department to operate. More
Transmission repair. I called for an appointment on Friday & was set up for service on Monday. The transmission was skipping and or slipping. They repaired the transmissio I called for an appointment on Friday & was set up for service on Monday. The transmission was skipping and or slipping. They repaired the transmission and picked up my 2015 Town & County that same Monday evening. Michael was the service representative. I also reccomend purchasing the Factory Chrysler Warranty. The result was the repairs were covered under warranty. Thanks again for the fast & courteous service ! More
Very poor service I called every day for a week and left messages and never got a call back. I asked to speak with owner to just make sure he or she knows how customers I called every day for a week and left messages and never got a call back. I asked to speak with owner to just make sure he or she knows how customers are being treated because the receptionist had an attitude when she asked if I wanted to talk to manager. I told her no I will get my car serviced else where. The owner was not there so I asked when he or she would be there and she couldn't tell me or should I say wouldn't tell me. I am still looking into contacting owner because I highly doubt he or she would be happy to know that customers are being treated the way I was More
Slow, rude and lacks attention to detail I purchased two Jeeps from this dealership and have had all of my maintenance done there over the last four years-ish. The sales people are rude an I purchased two Jeeps from this dealership and have had all of my maintenance done there over the last four years-ish. The sales people are rude and appear too busy to give you their complete attention. The service department is slow, inconsiderate and regularly misinforms you (I don’t believe intentionally but it is consistently). I really can’t think of one good thing to say about this dealership other than they are located about 5 miles from my house. However, I’m so frustrated with the service that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. And, they don’t seem to mind... More
