Came in for an oil change, state inspection and to have the service team look at the roof leak that I have had since I leased my 2024 Wrangler in March of 2024. The oil change and inspection went as planne the service team look at the roof leak that I have had since I leased my 2024 Wrangler in March of 2024. The oil change and inspection went as planned but the team asked if they could keep the vehicle one more day to fix the leak. I received the car back and during a rain storm the next day the leak was even worse and soaked my left arm (driver) and my wife's right arm. I was told this is an ongoing issue with the Jeep and did receive a call from the service center about 4 days later to ask how things went. I will be brining the Jeep back next Tuesday to get this looked at again. I understand basic needs like oil changes and inspections do not validate a rental car but for ongoing service like this it would be nice to have that option. More
When I replace my hub, the mechanic didn't put all the boats back in. I drove around for a week with the banging noise. Then my radio blows. I had to wait almost a month for the first one. July 29th had an appointment last week and apparently they said my radio never come in.but 2weeks prior 2came in Called me other day. Thinking I was someone else telling me.I made a-boo boo too much oil,.It wasn't my vehicle, i asked again.Did my radio come in yet?This has been since may 26th when the first one blow.I had no problems with that amp or radio until they service my vehicle for the hub and fix the small oil leak now it blew too made me pay to get the amp disconnected.If it isn't amp you're gonna be paying the put it back in and rewire it More
