Given a small rental car from Enterprise. I arrived early at 8:30am that’s when my “rental” vehicle would be there: I waited almost an hour and they brought be this crap Toyota small front wh I arrived early at 8:30am that’s when my “rental” vehicle would be there: I waited almost an hour and they brought be this crap Toyota small front wheel drive vehicle and wanted $50 but was refundable . Why was I not given a loaner vehicle off the lot? I drive a big Jeep with 4 WD heated seats nice package . I get this crap vehicle , waited too long for enterprise and no one cared : at no fault of my own there were 2 recalls that took most of the day: I was supposed to go to work that day (reason for needing a vehicle) but waited about a hour and that was too late for me to go. All the vehicles on the lot and no one available for me to go to work. I’ve not had many good experiences here: had an oil change coupon and I had to go back and have bill adjusted : I gave them the coupons up front . They just don’t seem to care about their customer . The service department and overall customer service at this Jeep dealership is very bad. Repairs often take longer than expected. Parts are ordered and delivered at a slow pace. I’ve been to other brand dealerships and they order and get parts overnight and take care of your issue right away. They need to be ready for quick repairs when they sell such a product that will require a lot of service needs. My jeep was serviced under warranty 5 times before 45,000 miles. No newer vehicle should have issues like that. There have been 2 separate times I have taken my vehicle in for service, and the problem was not corrected. I then had to return and insist they fix the issue. It may be a lack of detail or overall laziness. Whatever you want to call it it’s unacceptable. More
