I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of follow-through on your dealership’s part, which has now resulted in a denied GAP insurance claim and an unresolv disappointment regarding the lack of follow-through on your dealership’s part, which has now resulted in a denied GAP insurance claim and an unresolved loan balance. I purchased my vehicle from Three Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in June or July of 2024. At the time, I was extremely happy with the service — especially from my sales representative, Denny — and the deal I received. Unfortunately, my car was totaled in a crash in November 2024 when it was struck by a bus. My insurance processed the payout in December 2024, but there is still a remaining balance on my auto loan with Huntington Bank that should have been covered by GAP insurance. The GAP insurance provider has denied paying out the rest of the balance because they never received proof that my maintenance plan was canceled — something your dealership was responsible for providing. I was also told I would receive a refund for the maintenance plan, yet I have never received that refund, nor any documentation or confirmation to submit with my GAP claim. I have been contacting your team repeatedly via phone and email for months, and have received no clear answers, no follow-through, and no resolution. At this point, I am facing financial hardship and unnecessary stress because of the dealership’s lack of responsiveness and failure to act on something that should have been handled months ago. More

They are close to my house and I have 2 free oil changes from my new jeep purchase. I called to make the appt for an oil change and tire rotation which I also reiterated when I took my car in. They were pro from my new jeep purchase. I called to make the appt for an oil change and tire rotation which I also reiterated when I took my car in. They were prompt and pleasant but after leaving I saw my receipt that they did not do the tire rotation and I had to go back on another day to get that done. That was very annoying and inconvenient. They were apologetic but it was still another thing I had to take extra time out of my work schedule to get done. More
