Went in for warranty work on heater core/aux coolant pump on 2012, took 2 trips and a week and a half. Now don’t have heat on the drivers side of car. Mike is always so friendly and great at his job. He makes great conversation and is always on top of his game. The only thing that I didn't like this time was that I came in for an oil change and it took ove great conversation and is always on top of his game. The only thing that I didn't like this time was that I came in for an oil change and it took over an hour and 1/2 to complete when it typically takes 30 minutes but they might have been backed up and busy that day. I'd definitely recommend this VW location to anyone looking to buy or needs service. More
