Service was great, but you guys killed me on Labor, what was supposed to be a 2 day service, turned into 6 days. Everyone in the Volkswagen community was outraged that I was charged over 2 grand for the wor was supposed to be a 2 day service, turned into 6 days. Everyone in the Volkswagen community was outraged that I was charged over 2 grand for the work that was done. I love dealing with Gregory, he's a great guy, but I will have to look for another service provider, I wanted to feel like I found a place that I could trust to take my car too, but I feel like I got robbed. It has been a nice 3 year run. I didn't not want to believe the horror stories I've heard in the past, but maybe I need to take the advise of other Volkswagen owners. More
