The team was so helpful while I dealt with some unexpected maintenance on my GTI. I told Greg this was the first major car service I needed since my dad passed away last year. He always navigated car stuff for me, so I was overwhelmed and really struggling to get through this on my own. Greg was incredibly kind and patient, walking me through all the work I needed done, while giving me time and space to decide how I wanted to proceed. I truly appreciate the high quality service done on my car, as well as the exceptional customer service provided at Three County VW. I will be back for sure - but hopefully not any time soon lol.
