The customer service at this dealership is just horrendous. I had to call back multiple times to get an update on my car that was in the shop for almost a week without any call from the service dep horrendous. There is just no concern for the customer, the customer’s time or the customer’s car. They just care about the money they bring in, not the people they should be servicing. More
