The Service Department is excellent. The Sales Department not so much. Don't know if I'll use them again. I was vulnerable last time but there will be no next time and we leased many VW's from t Department not so much. Don't know if I'll use them again. The overall service experience was wonderful and pleasant! Made an appointment a few days prior for my first service. I was able to drop the vehicle off, have a shuttle drive me home while service w pleasant! Made an appointment a few days prior for my first service. I was able to drop the vehicle off, have a shuttle drive me home while service was completed and then come back to pick me up towards the end of the day (around 4pm). Would highly recommend. More

I was stranded and Service department was not very supportive. Part was not in stock and tow day out. Service manager told me oil change takes 1.5 hours and i have appointment so I choose to wait and for 1.5 hours my car was not even move from spot where i park. Then i told them then they take my car inside have appointment so I choose to wait and for 1.5 hours my car was not even move from spot where i park. Then i told them then they take my car inside and after that they take 2 hours for oil change was so i wait for my car total 3.5 hours for only oil change with appointment 😡😡😡 More
