Dropped my car off early afternoon, I didn’t need for the day had no problem picking it up at the end of the day. Towards the end of the day i haven’t received a call. I usually never have a problem with the day had no problem picking it up at the end of the day. Towards the end of the day i haven’t received a call. I usually never have a problem with the dealer reaching out to me when my car was ready. But this time I never received a call our email, and when I went to the dealer to see if it was ready the dealer was closed. I had no way of getting my car and needed it for work on Monday. This was on a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. So now I had to find a way to get to work on Monday. When I picked my car up the dealer did nothing to help with the inconvenience they caused. I go to this dealer on a regular but I will not be anymore. More

Pretty bad technicians and manager. They don't listen to your problems and keep the car for whole day and do nothing. Despite of sharing the problem they say all is good when they didn't even check why it's your problems and keep the car for whole day and do nothing. Despite of sharing the problem they say all is good when they didn't even check why it's happening and directly say contact Manufacturer for this issue. Despite of doing road test and showing the problem now they say it's with every car. Manager and Master technician are very bad and don't go there for anything.
