This was my first time at this dealership’s service department. It was a pleasant experience. The service was friendly. The customer service is terrible. It took thwm almost 4 hours to call me back which is absolutely ridiculous for an oil change. I was told by Carlos and another women how busy it was It took thwm almost 4 hours to call me back which is absolutely ridiculous for an oil change. I was told by Carlos and another women how busy it was but when I walked in they had about 6 people sitting and standing around. I find it hard to believe no one could have picked up the phone to call me. My car was never washed. You never have loner cars available ever or you tell customers it’s a 2 month wait. That is crazy! I've been dealing with this dealership on and off for about 15 years and after my awful experience I remember why I stopped coming to the dealership for service. More

My service advisor, Gregory Deo, always informs me about the services my vehicle needs to stay running in tip-top shape, answers any questions that I My service advisor, Gregory Deo, always informs me about the services my vehicle needs to stay running in tip-top shape, answers any questions that I have and gives me accurate recommendations for any problems my vehicle may be experiencing. Joe Bulna, and Dino, the salesmen that sold me my vehicle, also checks in with me occasionally to make sure I’m still happy with it and ask me about any concerns I may have and to contact either of them if I ever have any questions.
