The Road Hazzard warranty I had on my tires came into good use, as my tires were recently purchased at TCV. Cassandra was able to get me booked in as soon as my car came in. The punctured tire was replaced and mounted, and they had me back on the road within a couple of hours. More

The gentleman who takes care of the coffee machine & cleaning is a very hard worker, making sure that the coffee machine is working well, with enough supplies & was cleaning the area & rest room all the time. I was told that the service would take 3-4 hours. It took more than 4 & half hours. After I left, I discovered that the odometer was reset! I called & the gentleman guided me through resetting it, He was VERY NICE. Also, though the car was washed the windshield & the rear window were not washed well! More
