10/10 This was my first time dealing with Matt Carbone and I couldn’t rave about him more! He was funny, small-talked, and was so kind and worked the number This was my first time dealing with Matt Carbone and I couldn’t rave about him more! He was funny, small-talked, and was so kind and worked the numbers as best he could to make my service affordable for me. He got a shuttle for me to and from the service center as well as the vintage vw 2020 calendar and an ice scraper. Matt went above and beyond for me and I can’t wait to deal with him in the future. He’s the type of service advisor you look forward to seeing, working with, and one that you know will become a top guy in the company one day. He’s by far a keeper and I would recommend him to anyone, 10/10. More

Not a great experience Being a customer for 17 years and 5 cars I expected better. In my latest lease I specifically asked for service to be included in my payments, I also Being a customer for 17 years and 5 cars I expected better. In my latest lease I specifically asked for service to be included in my payments, I also paid an additional fee for tire care. For my 2nd year service (16,500 miles) I ended up having to pay over $500 that included buying 2 new tires. I have learned that tire care is a complete scam. Over the course of my lease I will spend enough to pay to have all four tires replaced, but tire care only covers puncture damage. My fault for not understanding the coverage, but I do feel like Three County VW took advantage of me. I feel that if I had taken my car to any other service department they would have rotated the tires and the car would be in good shape. Communication was poor. After dropping off the car at 9 am, the service was supposed to be completed by "lunch". After agreeing to the additional service I expected and understood it would be longer. However I never received any communication after that. I got a ride to the dealer 5 minutes after closing half expecting that everyone would be gone and I would be stuck in Lyndhurst for the night. Fortunately that was not the case. More
