excellent My husband (RIP) used to take the car, for service all the time. Since he is no longer here I was very happy to go back for service to the same place My husband (RIP) used to take the car, for service all the time. Since he is no longer here I was very happy to go back for service to the same place, I just went for a couple of minor things, but at the end it happened that a 20 year old car needed other repairs. I was very pleased to deal, in service, with a super nice guy Greg, who explained to me in detail all the parts that needed replacement. I came out of there very happy knowing that my car was taken care of from top to bottom, with people that are trained to do any kind of work on Volkswagen. What a lovely, kind group of people My experience began with a very panicked, tearful phone call to Toni, who went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and taken care of My experience began with a very panicked, tearful phone call to Toni, who went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had an appointment and a loaner vehicle as the work needed on my car would take a few days. When I arrived very close to closing time, Gregory and the other man at the counter (Mike?) helped me without complaint. We laughed, they made me feel at ease. They got the job done as quickly as they could and were so flexible with my work schedule and even cleaned my car with their spare time. I'm notorious in my family for being the one with consistent car problems so I've visited many a dealership and many a mechanic. This was easily the best experience I have ever had anywhere and I will absolutely be returning to Three County Volkswagen to see my new pals. More
