For this reason I am not sure if the disconnect in follow-up was due to him or the fact that Three County VW is just a disorganized mess. For context, I have dealt with two exemplary VW dealerships (VW of South Charlotte NC and Steve White in Greenville SC). Follow up was on-point and I never had to call multiple times a day or doubt what I was being told. Everything at 3 County was a xxxx show. Why make appointments and then not honor them? Why promise to call back and then not follow through? Why did I get so frustrated that I had to take time off work and drive up there to confront management to get answers? And then to be put through the kind of trumped up "estimate" of work. You recommended new tires even though I have less than 30K on the current tires and cupping is only indicated on ONE. I had a recent service at Steve White in Greenville (who I trust) and they found NOTHING on your list...tie rod ends? Oil leaks? Is this the way it is in New Jersey? I will not be back. More

Greg Deo in your service department picked up the phone with courtesy and professionalism and set up my 7:15 AM appointment in minutes. When I arrived at 7:00 AM on Monday morning Gregory was already there and immediately explained what needed to be done reflecting not only his enthusiasm but also his technical knowledge. Truly impressive. The recall took about an hour and Greg kept me updated several times during the process. When it was completed he asked if I had a few more minutes so he could have it washed... You guys even vacuumed the inside! Prior to buying my VW I owned a Toyota for nearly 10 years and having it serviced was always a frustrating pain in the butt that more often than not ended in a shouting contest.
