Recall Matt took care of me immediately after I can into the shop, did not have to wait and the work was done right away. Yearly Service with radio repair Car was having the yearly oil change but did not have the normal wash. Overall great employee but dealer overpriced! I purchased my VW at Three County Volkswagen Dino in August of 2019 and in June 2020 took my car in for service. Gregory Deo was great and explained what my car needed, and took my car in right way even though I did not have an appointment. Although I think the service was over priced for spark plugs, almost $300, What??? Also when I purchased my car at VW my windshield was cracked and I called the dealership and was advised that i need to speak with Dino my sales person. I decided to call him and come by for him to see the windshield but he was never around. A year has passed by and I decided to show the picture to Gregory and was told by management it was to late, which it probably was. I even had the picture from August 2019 that was taken, but the manager told me it was to late. More
