Had a problem starting my car. They told me how to get it started, and to bring the car in. My tire popped and I commute to work. The service department was super accommodating getting me in the following morning. The team was so helpful while I dealt with some unexpected maintenance on my GTI. I told Greg this was the first major car service I needed since my dad passed away last year. Greg was incredibly kind and patient, walking me through all the work I needed done, while giving me time and space to decide how I wanted to proceed. My family and I have been coming to Three County VW for over eight years. Throughout this time, we have also dealt with Ford, Chrysler, and Acura dealerships, but none have provided the exceptional service over eight years. Throughout this time, we have also dealt with Ford, Chrysler, and Acura dealerships, but none have provided the exceptional service that we receive at Three County. For every car we have leased or purchased through the dealership, Ernie, Dino, and Giovanni have always been amazing. They take the time to help us, address any questions or concerns, and truly go above and beyond to make the process as streamlined as possible. Even after we have bought a car, they always check in to ensure we are happy with it and that there are no problems. Across all the dealers I have worked with in the past, I have never had a Service Advisor come anywhere remotely close to Greg. His attention to detail, personality, and knowledge are truly unmatched. While most people might be content with doing the bare minimum, Greg has always gone above and beyond to ensure all our needs are met. I cannot say enough amazing things about Three County VW and their team. We are very thankful for everything Greg, Dino, Ernie, and Giovanni have done for us and for the relationship we have built over the years. We look forward to coming back for many more! More
