Excellent Service and Prices! I was having a problem getting the color I wanted for this car and I couldn't find a sales person that seemed honest or work with me on the price. The same thing happened eight years ago when I bought my first Prius. I live in Port Hueneme California and I tried to find a car I liked with a price I could afford in both the Oxnard and Ventura Toyota dealerships to no avail. I had outstanding service and help with questions and showing me how the car operates. If I wasn't just recovering from knee surgery, I would have gone to Thousand Oaks Toyota first. Ric Saenz, Fleet/Internet Manager, was so very helpful and supportive when I was worried about the total cost of the car. He set things up in my car for me and showed me how rouse all the components of the fancy technical accessories. Fred, the sales manager that had to work with all the figures was outstanding. He was so friendly and kind and answered my questions in a reassuring and very honest way. Then there was Bill Greene, the Finance Manager, who helped me through all the paperwork. He had lots of patience and was very friendly and helpful, helping me though this process of the sale. All in all it was a pleasant and very happy experience. I would refer anyone that was interested in a Toyota to Thousand Oaks Toyota. More

We can also imagine how the experience that goes along with getting that new car can be confusing and tedious. Well, nothing could be further from the truth regarding my time with Mitch at Toyota at Thousand Oaks. My search began with an email. I received a prompt reply with a friendly answer to my question. I wrote back several times with more specific questions. Then I went to visit Mitch in person. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and felt an ease that instantly comforted me. I knew I was in good hands. This man was patient with me, explained (he's an excellent teacher) all scenarios regarding payments and never pressured me for any decisions. He made me feel very special as he seemed to know the importance of my comfort. I trusted him every step of the way and would feel VERY confident referring family, friends, and even strangers to Mitch for a truly helpful and fun time buying a car. His service was exceptional in every way and it was a real pleasure to work with him! More

Purchased new Camry Hybrid Roy helped us try out every model on the lot including Highlander, Avalon, Rav 4, multiple versions of the Prius, and several models of the Camry. He Roy helped us try out every model on the lot including Highlander, Avalon, Rav 4, multiple versions of the Prius, and several models of the Camry. He patiently explained the differences between the models and answered all our questions. In the end we chose a Camry XLE Hybrid 2014.5 model that was the best fit for our needs and was on sale for Memorial Day offering $5,000 off MSRP. Roy helped us get other discounts such as the Toyota loyalty discount, a good discount on a 7 year / 100,000 mile extended warranty, and 0% financing with payments we were happy with. Roy, Ricky, Allen and the rest of the Thousand Oaks sales and finance team explained everything and worked diligently with us to ensure all of our questions were answer. Prior to driving off in our Camry, Roy spent almost an hour with us in the car helping us pair our Bluetooth phones to the car's entertainment system and explaining how all the dashboard functions worked. Overall we had a great car-buying experience. More

He was very courteous and helpful, offering his expertise between various models and the finer nuances between different trims. Roy definitely was a huge help in helping me locate my perfect car. Good Deal I went into the dealership not expecting to make a deal. I did not think I could afford the car I liked, 2014 Camry Hybrid SE. The sales person said lets run the numbers and see. It was not the run around, back and forth with the sales manager. After the sales person came back with numbers I could not afford, he asked me what number I could afford. 5 minutes later he came back and made it happen. They gave me a great deal on a car I did not think I could get into, payment wise. Overall a good car buying experience. More
