Amazing saler/person has been able to place me into my 2nd car here at the dealer. Hes really laid back and friendly. Ive been there a few times just to look at cars and see which one i would like next (we were sealing my husband older truck). These guys are friendly and funny, but are about selling the cars to people and working their best offer that they can TOO YOU!!!. I work crazy hours and was only able to go at night. These guys stayed there until 11:30PM to make sure once all the paper work was done that i left with a smile on my face and walked me thought the WHOLE car. Cliff did all my paper work. Walked me thought everything so i would know what i was signing and understood all the infomation. These guys are not pushy at all they were very much so about helpping me. I will always tell friends and family to go here. :) More

Changed my mind competely about this dealership I have been doing business with Thousand Oaks Toyota since the late 90's but never thought very highly of the dealership. Today I brought my FJ Cruis I have been doing business with Thousand Oaks Toyota since the late 90's but never thought very highly of the dealership. Today I brought my FJ Cruiser in for its 15K service. The FJ is a great truck but two much vehicle for my needs and budget, so I walked over to the sales department not expecting anything in the way of help. Ken Reulein the salesman walked over and introduced himself, I explained my situation to him, he then lead me over to a beautiful 2014 Corolla (like he read my mind) it was just what I wanted. We sat down to negotiate a deal to trade in the FJ and purchase the Corolla. This was my first car purchase out over 15+ were I felt like the salesman was working to help me with the deal not trying to squeeze as much cash out of me as he could. Ken also took the time to show me all the bells and whistles and answer any questions I had about the car. I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford, Thank you Ken and the rest of the staff involved. Great experience!! More
