Don't deal with Tania I was contacted by Tania Sunday morning saying she would love to earn my business. I told her what I was expecting and she agreed. When I got there th I was contacted by Tania Sunday morning saying she would love to earn my business. I told her what I was expecting and she agreed. When I got there the situation changed. All of a sudden they offered double what I was promised. $379 a month with a down payment!! Please look at the picture attached. Don't believe anything they tell you over the phone it's a bait n switch tactic they do there, so they can try and convince you to buy the car at a higher price because you are already at their dealership. Horrible service. More

Do not go to this place. They will rip you off! I took my Highlander when my car started to run hot. They said they will check it out and called me to tell me it would be about $2700 to fix my car. Since I needed the vehicle, I talked to the service writer and got the price down to about $1000. I said OK, but I still had reservations. After over a week, because they had to order parts and they found more parts needed to be replaced. The cost got up to $2400. When finally the car was done, I asked for the parts? I wanted to see the parts they had replaced. THEY SAID THEY THROUGH THE OUT. I said "I paid for the parts, they are my parts not yours. I want my parts." I think they either put rebuilt parts and jacked up the bill. They cheated my and that is why they throw away the my parts(If they had them in the first place). DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DEALER. I will file with the BoAR with the State of California and with Toyota. More
Rude employees Horrible service department. First time I brought my vehicle in to check out the electrical (interior lights were out), I got other work added on, bu Horrible service department. First time I brought my vehicle in to check out the electrical (interior lights were out), I got other work added on, but they forgot to check the lights. Went in again to get the electrical checked and decided while there to get my driver's side door mirror replaced. It was loose but not hanging off and taped up well. When I checked my vehicle out (which I am very careful about dings or dents), I found they had put two black marks on the door while changing out the mirror. I tried to get the marks off but could not. I called to tell them about the black marks and a rude service advisor suggested I was responsible for the black marks. He was rude, argumentative and hung up on me. This is typical of their service department if THEY make a mistake...blame the customer. This is the culture of this service department. I have had problems before and I can't believe it is only me. I even bought this vehicle new from this Toyota dealership. Never again! More

They use deceptive business practices! Buyer beware!!! I bought a new car there. They lied to me about the warrantee. They added options onto the contract without discussing the cost. Horrible Experience at Thousand Oaks Toyota I arrived at 8:30 in the morning to check on my Toyota Prius as the engine light was intermittently coming on. I did not hear anything back, so I call I arrived at 8:30 in the morning to check on my Toyota Prius as the engine light was intermittently coming on. I did not hear anything back, so I called at 11:45am and was told that I would get a call back in 15 minutes. 3 hours later, I was told my car needed an oil change and it would be ready by 4:30. I explained that I needed the shuttle to pick me up as late as possible and was told it would come at 5 or 4:30. It arrived at 3:30. I left work to hopefully quickly pick up my car and get back ASAP. However, when I arrived, my car was not even ready. Horrible communication and no follow-up. I will not go back. More
