Buying a car could be painful with all the haggling and negotiating that takes place but Billy and Nirmal knew her budget and found something that was right within the price range. They were very professional and honest. My mom is very happy with her "sporty" car and was thrilled that they included a 2 year free maintenance and roadside assistance. I feel assured that she is driving a safe, comfortable car. I have never bought a Toyota before but I will now make Thousand Oaks the dealership I will buy from. I went in looking to trade in my truck I needed something with a lower monthly payment due to our bad economy I was no longer able to afford my truck ( that I loved and was very up-set to part with). They were understand of my needs and came up with the best solution for me they worked fast and made me feel comfortable. I walked away with a much lower monthly payment and a brand new car (that gets way batter gas mileage).
