Buying a car could be painful with all the haggling and negotiating that takes place but Billy and Nirmal knew her budget and found something that was right within the price range. They were very professional and honest. My mom is very happy with her "sporty" car and was thrilled that they included a 2 year free maintenance and roadside assistance. I feel assured that she is driving a safe, comfortable car. I have never bought a Toyota before but I will now make Thousand Oaks the dealership I will buy from. I went in looking to trade in my truck I needed something with a lower monthly payment due to our bad economy I was no longer able to afford my truck ( that I loved and was very up-set to part with). They were understand of my needs and came up with the best solution for me they worked fast and made me feel comfortable. I walked away with a much lower monthly payment and a brand new car (that gets way batter gas mileage). We talked with two people about used cars. They had one on the lot ready for us to inspect, all was good they said. About seven telephone conversations in one afternoon about this vehicle. So we got up early drove the 40 plus miles down there. The salesman was not there, stuck in traffic!! But actually what was worse was the car was not there, had not been there for days, we find out the guy was working from a computer readout to describe the car, he had not even seen it. We were rather annoyed. The general Manager comes out to see what was the matter ("hey big guy what is the matter" that is a direct quote.) Then he proceeds to offer me a new car for just $,more like I can trust him and his crew. He never really apologized just tried to jump on the sales wagon. Pathetic! More
