As soon as we arrived at the Thousand Oaks Toyota Dealership, we were lucky enough to have been welcomed by Andrei Gafencu. As soon as we told Andrei that we were interested in a 2012 Prius, he show Dealership, we were lucky enough to have been welcomed by Andrei Gafencu. As soon as we told Andrei that we were interested in a 2012 Prius, he showed us exactly what we wanted and explained all features in detail. Obviously, Andrei had done his homework and we were very impressed with his overall knowledge and great attitude. Andrei asked if we wanted to test drive and we did and my husband immediately loved the Prius. After talking numbers with Andrei, we then met Junior Ashtiani who also provided outstanding service. We actually felt comfortable! We came to an agreement on pricing and then we met Fred Khorrami who was a delight. All provided excellent customer service and I will recommend Thousand Oaks Toyota dealership to friends. The whole experience from the beginning to when we drove off in our new 2012 Prius was fantastic! Thank you More

I wanted to share with you some thoughts about a wonderful employee you have working for you at the Thousand Oaks, Ca. Dealership (Thousand Oaks Toyota), Roy Devlin. As a new employee to the dea wonderful employee you have working for you at the Thousand Oaks, Ca. Dealership (Thousand Oaks Toyota), Roy Devlin. As a new employee to the dealership, he was everything you would ask for in a sale's rep. My wife and I had stopped by the dealership due to an add I miss read, thinking there was a certain Camaro for sale at this dealership. We were assigned Mr. Devlin as our rep and he told us that perticular vehicle we were inquiring about was not at his dealership but would be happy to show us a Camero he had in stock or any other vehicles we might be interested. He was a "Non Pressure" sales person that has great customer service. SInce it was late that night, he showed us a Camero at his lot but we wanted to see the vehicle during the day. He was so informative and kind to us, we are loyal people so we waited till Wednesday to look at the car since we found out he had a couple of days off and would be back on Wed. It was Roy who gave us a follow up call on Wed. day, again with no pressure, just letting us know he was here for us if we had any questions he could answer or show us any vehicle if we were still interested. It was while talking to him on that first “Contact Call”, that I felt he was sincere about helping us and did not feel any pressure that we had to purchase a vehicle immediatly so he could get the commission if that was the case. From the beginning, Roy was always available to us. If he was on another line when I called, I was assured and knew I would receive a call back from him that same day, usually he called back within a half hour after I called. Roy offered a helping hand if we needed it. Every time we had a question or needed help, Roy was always there. Roy was so kind to offer his condolences on his behalf and on the behalf of Thousand Oaks Toyota when we were making conversation with him and told him that two family member deaths occurred to us recently. That really meant a lot to us as a family. I am a retired Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff (27 years). During the 1990’s, our department was not looked upon in a positive way due to our poor customer service by a few (maybe more than a few) personnel. Because of my background on the department, I was chosen to teach a division of some 1,500 personnel on “Customer Service”. It was mandated that the course be four hours long in which it was, but at the end of each class, giving countless examples of poor customer service and turning those situations into positive situations where the customer was satisfied with the outcome, I told the classes that to me customer service can be so simple if you think of it this way. I could have taught the class in just one sentence. “Treat every person as you would like to be treated (with respect, compassion and kindness) or as a family member you would like to have been seen treated if they needed help”. Being somewhat knowledgeable in “Customer Service”, Roy Devlin exemplifies all three traits and more. He was respectful to us in every encounter we had, showing compassion when deaths in our family occurred and was extremely kind and courteous at all times. Roy is an exemplary employee and represents your company in a professional manner at all times. *******I can not emphasize enough about Roy’s exemplary customer service. I would hope Thousand Oaks Toyota has a Employee Recognition program because Roy sure deserves (at the very least) recognition for a wonderful job well done and fantastic customer service. As far as we are concernd and I know my opinion is bias as I'm sure your company has several wonderful employees, Roy Devlin should be nominated for employee of the month. As I told him,I will always use him as a reference for anyone we know shopping for a vehicle. I can’t thank Roy enough for making our vehicle purchase non stressful and a pleasent experience. The experience with Roy, reminds me of a time passed when a small town business treated you as if you were part of their family. My family indeed, because of Roy feel as if we are part of the Thousand Oaks Toyota family. We cannot thank Roy Devlin enough. Resapectfully, Michael & Debbie Koch More

That is why I am placing an Ad in his honor in our fall Fundraising Luncheon Program which raises money for the Medical Research being done at Brandeis University. All proceeds benefit Brandeis University’s Sustaining the Mind: Scientific Research and Scholarships program to find cures for neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS. The Ad placed in our Program will go to almost 200 guests and also be included in the Brandeis, Conejo Valley Chapter Newsletter that will go to over 500 members in the Conejo Valley thanking Al, for everything he has done for me, and who he is in the world. I didnt feel pushed or hurried to buy at any time by Ms. Patrick; something that was the complete opposite of what I've encountered at other dealerships. Ricki, the sales manager, also helped with the car buying process and is a straight shooter who will tell it to you like it is when it comes to his dealership and the best deals they can offer you. These two definitely worked hard to earn my business and are professionals who were class acts. If you go to T.O. Toyota ask for Allison for a pain free car buying experience. More
