My husband and I were in the market for a used car. We found that Thompson's website was easy to use and their prices on used cars could not be beat (we looked!). When we arrived, Jack had the car waiting for us to test drive. He was helpful and informative, but not pushy at all. Even the paperwork, which is always a bit time consuming, was easy to fill out with Jack's guidance. We love our new-to-us car! This was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had! More

We drove to Thompsons this morning fully expecting to find the Suburban we wanted. I started building a relationship with the people at Thompsons some years back by tac for best in service, and best is sales service and knowledge. I started building a relationship with the people at Thompsons some years back by tacking my truck and car to them for service. Their service team is second to none ... they don't up sell on service and they back their work 100%. When I started thinking about a new truck I met Craig in sales, he asked some basic questions and provided all the help that I needed. Some 6 months later when "I" was ready Craig was there to help me along the truck building process. Craig and the sales team when right to work to insure that I was getting the right truck for me. From order to pickup Craig and the Thompson team were on the job to insure a smooth purchase experience for me. The price was much lower then I had planed on so not much to say there except that there was no up sale at the end of the deal. when it comes time to purchasing again it will be at Thompsons GMC.
