Seriously the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. I found the used VW I was interested in online. David LeClair, the Internet Sales Manager, is very knowledgeable and experienced and could tell me everything I needed to know about the vehicle, the warranty, and the service. He even secured me a better financing rate than my own bank could offer. No haggling over price, no pushing extended warranties, no unanswered questions about the vehicle. Their internet salesperson answered the phone and was very helpful, being back in touch immediately, with an email detailing pricing on the car we inquired about. He followed up in a day, letting us know he had a car on the lot, so we went there for a test drive and ended up buying the car, feeling as if this was the best deal we would get on a car that had been difficult to find. He allowed us to take our time on the test drive and answered all our questions, yet we didn't feel pressured in any way. In addition, we really liked the way we didn't have to go through the gauntlet of offers on extras we weren't interested in. He also made a follow-up call to see how we liked the car. All in all, excellent customer service. We highly recommend this salesperson and dealership! More
Recently moved to the area after using a different Mazda dealer for all maintenance for the first 60K miles in my Mazda 6. I will admit I didn't inquire about cost. The service was timely, but I was unpleasantly surprised when I received the bill for almost $80 for an oil change and tire rotation. At my previous dealer that was at most a $50 charge and $40 with a coupon. Also they said that my brakes would be needing change soon, the old dealer said $200-$250 for that, their estimate started at $350 and could go higher! Needless to say I will not be going back there. More

We recently moved to the SOUTHERN FLORIDA area and the Audi service department reps here (especially Coral Springs) are SLEAZY, SCAM ARTISTS, and NOT PROFESSIONAL. We are kind of scared that if we took our car into this Coral Springs dealer that they would do something else to our car to drum up business. We absolutely miss the friendly/honest service at Thompson VW/AUDI. We almost want to drive the 1500 miles back to Maine to have any work done on the car, but it's not rational. We really miss you Mr. Brown and keep up the great work. More
To add some counter balance to the rave review below, I didn't have a similar experience. Just like their counterpart in Falmouth, Morong, these folks just don't get it. They were happy to charge me for a tire balancing, but that wasn't the problem. I am not a mechanic, but I know if you've had the tires balanced 5 times, you might just have a bad wheel. I told them the history of my Morong experience, but they simply repeated it. They drove the car less than three miles and called it fixed.(for original problem see my rating of Morong here). They basically told me there was no problem, though as every single passenger in my car will tell you, through chattering teeth, there is! So I finally took the full sized spare out, changed the wheel and viola! no more vibration. <br><br>Be careful of dealers. They don't really care about the cars and don't work from a love of what they do. they seem to just trust what the computer tells them and have no desire to actually solve the problem just preserve their honest claim that the computer didn't find anything wrong. <br><br>Since I am a human driving my car, I really appreciate mechanics who know more than the book, and care enough to WANT to solve a problem. Especially since if they had, I would have been up here raving about how great they are.<br><br>Recommend Atlantic Motors for all German/European car service. They actually love what they do. More
