Too long of a wait for a scheduled oil change I always arrive at least 30 minutes early for any appointment. I arrived at 10:30 for my 11:00 AM appointment hoping that my appointment could start r I always arrive at least 30 minutes early for any appointment. I arrived at 10:30 for my 11:00 AM appointment hoping that my appointment could start right on time (as this happened twice before at this point). My car wasn’t even moved from where I originally parked it until 11:30, 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. I understand things happen, but if you’re not going to start my appointment on time, someone could at least offer the courtesy of coming out and letting me know that as I scheduled this appointment during my lunch break for work and was subsequently late for a meeting because of it. More

Recall and Service Experience I had a great experience at the dealership. I was immediately checked in upon arrival and shortly thereafter, the recall repair work began. My vehicle also jerked when being driven from a stop position. It was troubling. The problem was professionally resolved after I established a repair ticket. My vehicle drives well now; besides, the dealership did a thorough inspection at no cost and gave me the problem list to resolve. I am grateful for the professionalism. More
