Truly exceptional I took my new (gently used) Highlander in for service since I was having trouble with the tailgate sensor. But prior to that, I had put a tear in my h I took my new (gently used) Highlander in for service since I was having trouble with the tailgate sensor. But prior to that, I had put a tear in my headliner. While I was telling the service rep about what was going on with my tailgate I mentioned that I would like someone to look at my headliner to see what they could do about it. Well to my absolute astonishment, when Thompson service found that it could not be repaired, they brought in an outside vendor who replaced the headliner free of charge to me as a "good will gesture." I've been a long time customer based on their treatment of me and their excellent service but to me, this was an incredible "good will gesture" on their part. Thank you, Thompson Organization. I've always had nothing but the best experiences with you but this is far and beyond what I ever expected. More
Issue with passenger visor (camry hybrid '08) First, Thompson Toyota is a unique place as it is modernized with extensive free WIFI \ monitors to know your status / TVs / free coffee,water,food. But to partially fund these nice elaborate expenses for customer waiting area, etc., they charge top dollar on services. One recent meeting: a defective passenger visor (cheap plastic type) that was deemed 'defective' and given extended warranty coverage for free (7 year after purchase date). I thought Thompson toyota replaced it along with my drivers side visor back in 2014 but did not. So now, my passenger visor needed to be replaced for same 'defective' issue and I am out of pocket $95! (and that includes a discount from the $110!)! Toyota has not budged for reversing the cost to me (reimbursing) even though they potentially botched doing it in 2014 More
Modern, efficient, professional, pleasant! Love going here. Have a few Toyotas and now a Chevy so I'm going to miss this place. Accomodating, clean, fast. All the Service Representative keep explaining the same issue without answering to the point, when there is a issue they cannot fix and do not know how to Fix. Specially the Engine Light - I made 3 visits issue without answering to the point, when there is a issue they cannot fix and do not know how to Fix. Specially the Engine Light - I made 3 visits to the dealership and they were not able to confidently fix the issue. After a day or two my engine light turns back ON. Both these employees do not have the courtesy to apologies for the inconvenience and will attempt to walk over you and suggest as IF I myself was the expert to resolve the issue. Jaison atleast was not able to commit obviously due to hand tied with Company rules, however Steve was even worst. He would not listen to the grievance and offer complete solution. This is quite standard expected from Service representative, when they are unable to fix issue related to Engine Light. More

I brought the car in to have the pin stripping done. Rick came in on his day off to do it since it is the only day that I can get the car there. I now have two Toyotas which get serviced at this dealership. They have always been fair in what they quote, honest about what is needed and what is nice-to-have, and do exactly what they say. I own a $56K Toyota, but trust me, you'd never know it - I get much better care from the local Midas (no, there's no "Free" valet from the other guys - but if you believe the valet is free, check you bill; I get much better care from the local Midas (no, there's no "Free" valet from the other guys - but if you believe the valet is free, check you bill; you're a perfect candidate for the "free" TV offered at a time-share). I can't remember my anniversary, let alone the color of my "TEAM," why do they keep asking me that question - and why do I have to see the same mechanic, his schedule is messed-up because he works late on other days! Overall, if you like expensive service and a grumpy staff (with decent coffee and a "free" valet), this is the place for you ... at least the boys over at Honda wash my car when they charge me $400 for a wiper blade. Too bad the multi-color service team doesn't run like my Toyota. I gotta say, though, that the parts "team" (monochrome) has always been great - they can't help it that a Toyota OEM screw to tighten my mirror is $199. More
