Most deceitful people to buy a car from. Screwed us over We bought a used car from them and they said it had brand new tires, a new clutch, and new brakes. They also said that the car was warranted if we had any issues with it. We have recently had to replace all 4 tires and the whole entire clutch. We contacted the dealership and they said they had no idea what we were talking about. That none of those things were said and it was all on us to deal with. We had papers to prove that they were wrong but they did not want to hear it. I will never buy another car from this dealership. The man that sold us the car was only interested in our money, not our best interests. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. More

We had a great buying and service experience with our Highlander, and we had to go back to Thompson because of this. Our salesman Tim Earles was absolutely a pleasure to deal with during this recent purchase. His knowledge and his ability to make a car buying experience pleasurable means everything to us. He provided my daughter a loaner so she could get to work and informed us of Thompson's 20% discount because of the 200K+ miles on our 2007 RAV. These factors combined to make repairs a logical outcome for us. Craig also gave us diagnostics about what was wrong and the projected longevity of various parts so we could plan for the future. Giving us all our options, we were able to decide what worked for us. Thompson also kept to the timelines promised and returned a car that is cleaner than when they got it! More

Focused service Dealt with the service MGR --Jim McGuigan who was very focused on my list of new car fixes. When he had difficulty addressing one issue, he brought out the service tech Phil from the Gold team who went over the problem with me. It turned out I was not setting some of the controls correctly and this fixed my problem. Phill then took the time to review several of the electronics controls and helped me set up my SUV to my liking. Both men were very friendly and helpful. More
