We first met John Kelley a few years ago when our youngest daughter graduated from college. She was looking for a car and so we made our way to Thompson's. Having a Corolla ourselves, we were already aware of the value that a Toyota provided, so it was an easy decision for us to steer our daughter in that direction. However, it was John's knowledge and expertise that helped to seal the deal. He was patient and kind as we asked him a crazy amount of questions; all of which he had the answers to! Fast forward and we were ready for some new wheels ourselves. We looked at other makes of cars, but the value of the Toyota kept bringing us back. We stopped by Thompson Toyota and asked for John Kelley. Just like the first time we met, John's easy-going manner, good-humor, knowledge of the product and his willingness to patiently share his expertise made our car-buying adventure a pretty good deal! We stopped at this dealership to re look at a truck we had looked at a week before n the salesman we had first time was off so we got Walter who went over ever inch of the truck showing us so much. I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Tim Earles at Thompson Toyota located in Doylestown, PA. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with; however, Tim has been by far the best Sales Co at Thompson Toyota located in Doylestown, PA. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with; however, Tim has been by far the best Sales Consultant that I've ever dealt with. -The process was quick and easy with the majority of the paperwork being completed prior to returning to the dealership. -The price was reasonable and in line with my expectations. -Tim went above and beyond to find the exact truck I was looking for, even if I changed my mind a half dozen times (and the truck had to be shipped from VA). -Lastly, I believe that Tim was honest and genuine, providing me the information that he was required too without being pushy or overbearing. Although I have a fairly large Toyota dealership about 2 miles from from my house, here in Central New Jersey, I would definitely make the hour and a half drive to Thompson Toyota to purchase another vehicle from Tim. My husband and I were looking for a 2012 Highlander, and knew what model and options we wanted. We saw a vehicle at one dealership, and began working on a quote. At the same time, we checked inventories of other dealers online. A similar vehicle, in a nicer color but without certain features we wanted, sat on Thompson's lot. We have close friends who purchased their car at Thompson through Ron, and highly recommended him,so we decided to contact this dealership. Our first contact was our online request for a quote on the vehicle posted at Thompson's website. We were promptly contacted by phone by Shera, who listened and noted what our exact needs were. Shera was very personable, and got the ball rolling with an initial quote that was good enough to keep Thompson in the game. We had thoroughly researched prices for this car on Edmund's and Consumer Reports, so if the initial quote was too far off the mark, we probably would not have continued working with this dealer. Having mentioned our friends had worked with Ron, we were then turned over to him. Ron not only attended to us with warmth and congeniality, but honestly and conscientiously worked to get us the best deal possible on our car. Unlike many other sales people we have worked with in the past, Ron understood that our time is as valuable as his. He let us know when he would have time to devote solely to us, and kept us updated throughout the day with any delays, so that we would not have to waste time standing around while he finished with other customers. Additionally, Ron worked to compete with the other dealership that we were working with. In the end, Ron was able to match the competition 's quote, including the optional accessories we wanted that this car lacked. The price was below Edmund's True Market Value. All negotiating to this point had taken place over the phone, in the comfort of our own home! When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted immediately by Bill, who knew who we were without having to ask. While Ron finished with his last appointment, Bill showed us the vehicle, and directed us on a test drive that demonstrated the vehicle's handling and comfort on a variety of different road surfaces and driving conditions. No other dealer has done this, and it made us more certain we were buying the right car (from the right dealer). When we sat down with Ron, the rest was a piece of cake! We had already agreed to a very good price, and while we test drove the car, the appraiser had finished with our trade and come to a number that satisfied us. Our 0% financing was approved within minutes. Ron took care of all the little details for us. Our 10 year old daughter, along with us, actually proclaimed the experience painless! It was, without a doubt, the fastest, smoothest, and most pleasant car purchasing experience we have ever had. The next morning we returned to Thompson's service department to have them take car of the extras we needed installed on the car. Valets greeted us and parked the car so we could proceed directly to the desk. We were shuttled to a pancake house to have breakfast while the car was worked on, and picked up when the car was done (just as we finished eating--also, Thompson paid for part of our meal). The representatives in parts and service were as friendly and efficient as those in sales. We were greeted by all those we had worked with on the sale, and Ron came out to see the work on the car before we left, following through on the sale, even though the ink was dry on the paperwork. To sum up, Ron and the team at Thompson met and exceeded all of our expectations. We got a nicer car than we saw at the competing dealership, with beautiful detailing and a custom color. We got lots of little perks with regard to maintenance and roadside assistance. We got outstanding service. And we got the price we wanted on the car. We will recommend Thompson to others, and will definitely see them for our next car purchase. More

It was my husband who found the car online and it was Tim Earles who as the sales representative of the Thompson dealership, followed up, answered our questions with knowledge and professionalism all, without the proverbial "sales Pressure". After the price negotiations were settled, we visited the dealership and everything that Tim promised were delivered. In addition to Tim all other associates were courteous and friendly. We will definitely recommend Thompson Toyota to our friends and we will buy our next car from Tim Earles! More

Stephen worked to accommodate our schedules and made us feel very comfortable in our decision to purchase from Thompson Toyota. Last month, we took our new vehicle in for our 1,000 mile service appointment and I was very happy with the service we received from the service department. The dealership and service department are very clean with nice amenities for customers and all the employees are very friendly. I really liked the valet parking provided by the dealership when I came in for my service appointment....That was a really nice service provided by the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
After shopping around at various local Toyota dealerships for a used Corolla and not finding a good deal, I decided to place an appointment with Sherah (Internet Customer Coordinator) at Thompson Toyota (abo for a used Corolla and not finding a good deal, I decided to place an appointment with Sherah (Internet Customer Coordinator) at Thompson Toyota (about 45 mins from my house) to come see a used Toyota Corolla for my wife that fitted my budget on a Sat evening. As we arrived to the place, we were greeted by Steve Buzby because Sherah wasn't available. Steve showed us a few vehicles that he had on the lot that met our criteria and we then mentioned to him that we came to see a specific vehicle but he had informed us that about a half hour or less before we got there, someone else had purchased that vehicle and it was being detailed/cleaned (the buyers were inside the office as we were there). We were kind of upset that the vehicle was gone but Steve assured us that perhaps, he might be able to help us out with another vehicle and said that he can see what can be done for us. We test drove 2 Corolla vehicles and while doing so, I found out that Steve and I went to the same high school (Central High) in different years of course, and that he knew some people that my sister had previously worked with in the Northeast area as well. ;) Anyhow, we narrowed it down between the two cars to one and then started the "number crunching game" with Steve and later, with his manager. It was a bit more than my budget but due to the fact that the car (2011 Corolla LE) had low mileage on it vs the one that we are originally had in mind, I decided to put forth the extra money towards the purchase and we closed in on a deal. Steve was very helpful & friendly during the entire process and and was easy to deal with as well. About a week later, I had bought the vehicle back in for some minor things that needed to be fixed and Steve took care of all of them for me as well. This is my second purchase from the Thompson family (purchased a new vehicle from Thompson Lexus, right next door, in Nov 2011) and so far, so good. Overall, my wife and I are happy with the Corolla purchase and we can say that we highly recommend the Thompson Toyota dealership & Steve as a great salesman if you are looking for a used Toyota vehicle.
