When we went in to look at the car and talk more seriously we were so lucky to get John Kelley as our sales consultant. John is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience to work with him. We definitely plan on recommending Thompson and John Kelley to all of our friends and family. I would say without hesitation that Thompson goes above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy. He arranged my shuttle from the airport to the showroom and back to the airport (did not pay a dime, even the driver refuse politely to take a tip).All process took Less than 30 minutes,it was done.
