Flat Out Lie I purchased a bulb for my headlight. Asked the person selling me the bulb if someone could put it in for me. (any other time, and at any other deale I purchased a bulb for my headlight. (any other time, and at any other dealership, when I have bought a bulb, I didn't even have to ask, they just offered to do it.) His reply, "No, you would have to make an appointment for that." HUH ? To screw in a light bulb ??? Oh, did I mention, on the side of their building, the ENTIRE side of the building, there is a HUGE sign, it says " NEVER AN APPOINTMENT NEEDED" So, poor customer service, and a flat out lie. More
