Not great this time. After waiting for an hour they came out to tell me the part was delayed. They did offer me a loaner car. I did go home for 2 hours then went back to get my drove home in a snow storm. Had it been taken care the thing in the morning I wouldn't have been stuck in traffic for an hour. THis was the first time this happened. Thgey should have called to let me know about the delay. More

Repaired damaged Fuel door after inspection service I brought my Taco in for inspection and when I picked it up I noticed the fuel door was twisted. I alerted the service tech Jason and after a video re I brought my Taco in for inspection and when I picked it up I noticed the fuel door was twisted. I alerted the service tech Jason and after a video review he said the fuel door was not damaged when the truck came in and he thought it probably happened during the complimentary car wash.. They fixed the fuel door in 2 days and all is good. Except, after reviewing the paperwork I was given when I picked up the truck after I was home there was a comment (which they did not review with me) stating the fuel door was damaged when it came in and they gave me a one time courtesy to honor the promise they made in the lane when I questioned the damage. They should have been honest with me and explained in detail and showed me the video of the video.. I appreciate Thompson not charging me for the repair but they should have been upfront with me and not put the comment in my file without my knowledge. Overall my experience with Thompson is great and I will bring my Taco back for all service. More
