Reliable and professional I can always count on Thompson to do a thorough and professional job with my ten-year-old Prius. The only comment I would add is that it is often embarrassing to overhear service representatives discussing repair issues with customers in the waiting room. I would not like it if I were being told that there would be additional expensive repairs and that I had to decide right there with many other customers within earshot. Can there be some other, more discreet way of handling this? More

two days for tires? So I had a flat tire and tried to fix myself. The jack handle (I describe as a toy) bent with very little trouble. I had to call AAA. They came from Fred Beans a competitor to my dealership as they have the AAA distributor in Doylestown. Great service by the way. Took my car in to Thompson for four tires as I was told I would need shortly anyway. Started to snow so I was asked if I wanted a rental car or would I wait. I took rental car with instruction to return within 24 hours. That same day I received a phone call that a new handle would be $30. Really! I said no thanks I will call AAA if I have another flat. I returned rental car at about 9:15 am the next day. I found that the tires were not in stock and would not be ready for another day. The dealership allowed me to use the rental another day. BUT I had no knowledge that tires would not be ready until I arrived to pick up the car. I did get the car the following day and everything was fine. Thanks for washing my car and vacuuming the inside. I usually have great experiences at Thompson, but this was nowhere near what I expect. More

That was a great experience from start to finish. It was such a positive experience that a few months later, my wife got a 2012 Highlander. Fast forward to 2018, I have a new 2017 TRD PRO tundra and my wife has a 2018 Highlander Limited. The company I work for also deals with Thompson for our fleet vehicles, we currently have 8 Prius, as a company we are looking to save money and Thompson was the best price by far. The reason for this review is, I recently hit a deer with my Tundra and had to get a bumper end cap and a bumper valance. The end needed to be painted which was done at the dealership, which came out perfect. I can’t say enough good things about Thompson Toyota, from there sales team, parts department, finance department, there techs and as well as there upper management, all good people.
