Shannon who had a bad attitude to start with says VERY RUDLY to me, "we have all had a long day" well Jim, I don’t care about your day Jim, but you should care about mine, that’s customer service. Jim should have said nothing, instead of what he said to an upset customer. Thompson usually treats it's customers very quickly and they are most of the time friendly. But I have told all my family & friends how I was treated. I was really disappointed when I left and I told alot of other people how poorly I was treated, and I found out many had similar experiences. I also told numerous friends how much $$$ I spent at Thompson and how I was upsold on tires. I called Miller Tire in Perkasie, and they said they do alignments on 4Runners for $80. The $1,129 reflects one tire being covered by the Safeway insurance I purchased when I bought my car and a $25 coupon for brakes. I also spoke with assistant manager Jaison Preite on 12/5/18, he said his employees did nothing wrong and he was “sorry”. PREITE said I'm not "sugar coating anything" and in a perfect world you would have been treated differently. And that was the end of the conserversation. I had a meeting with the General Manager of Thompson Toyota on 12/6 Bob Cox. He listened was patient and is very nice guy. He gave me a credit to my account for the difference in the tire discrepancy. Thanks Bob Cox and Pat at the check out counter for being good at what you do. More
Above and beyond I was concerned about low tire pressure in my 2017 Rav4, so I brought it in yesterday to get the tires checked before a 540 mile drive. Not only did I was concerned about low tire pressure in my 2017 Rav4, so I brought it in yesterday to get the tires checked before a 540 mile drive. Not only did they check all my tires and bring them up to 36 psi, but they checked everything else and gave it a wash and gave me peace of mind - and it was free. The service is outstanding and there is nowhere else in Doylestown that is the equal of Thompson Toyota. More

Thompson Toyota's service is better than any other Always accommodates the schedule that you need. When you need it done by a certain time they go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is ready. Also when dropping off they get you out the door quickly so you can get to work on time. They also provide a loaner if you can not wait. I can take my vehicle there and not feel they will tell me I need something that I really don't. More
