The damaged taillight was documented and recommended to you for replacement on a previous visit on 11/7/15. It was also noted on your service invoice this lamp would be required for PA safety inspection. Your vehicle was inspected at another facility in 2015,16,& 17. This lamp was either missed or ignored as a safety concern by whoever was performing your inspections since our diagnosis.
