I’ve bought cars from Thompson twice now, and my family has been going to them for the last 15+ years. I went in for what should have been a routine oil change and inspection. (Bought my newest car from th has been going to them for the last 15+ years. I went in for what should have been a routine oil change and inspection. (Bought my newest car from them under a year ago) I ended up with a clogged drain that caused water leaking into my car on the passenger floor board. Not only did they not communicate with my insurance company they held my car for 10 days and when I finally got it back there was a pool of water on my drivers side floor and seat, because they washed my car with the back window down. The window was up when I got it back, which means they knew they did it and said nothing to me. Thankfully I looked in the back seat to find a pool of water on my mat and to discover my nursing books and notes completely water logged. After giving me the run around (I called 6 different times) their service manager finally answered the phone, and told me they’d detail my car for free. I waited for over 3 hours to get my car back, undetailed. They maybe detailed the one floor of the backseat, but the dirt that was splashed all over the plastic parts of that same back seat were still there, and the rest of my car looked the same. After calling them again, multiple times, I got through to a sales manager who asked me if my expectation was that the whole car was detailed. The most egregious service I’ve ever received. It seems like they like to take advantage of women of color. I guess my car that I bought from THEM, wasn’t worth the respect or time it took to actually give decent service. If you’re a lady of color, I’d stay far far away from this place. More

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Regret that I traded my truck in for a new Tacoma, only to get the worst financial institution to finance the loan.
