My wife and I went to Thompson's to test drive the Cadillac CTS. We had never driven one before, so we wanted to drive one thinking of purchasing next year (2011). We drove a used one, thinking that was all we could afford. Long story short, we saw a new Tuscan Bronze AWD CTS. We thought it was out of our price range, but after getting down to business with Adam, it turned out, we bought it. I had made inquiry online about the CTS, Bobby Stevens contacted both me and my wife, as we had both inquired online. I believe I received an email in less than an hour and a phone call shortly thereafter. We worked out the deal with Adam Ragan because Bobby was busy when we first arrived. It was almost 7 P.M. when we left the dealership with our new CTS.Even though the dealership was closed for the day, our gys stayed with us to complete the deal. Very satisfied! Got more of a car than we hoped for! More

I ran into a man just the same day I purchase my truck and he had just purchased a new Chevy Silverado. The dealers in Marshfield told him there was not a GMC dealer within a 100 miles. He was very upset that he did not know Thompson sold GMC. He thought they only sold Pontiacs and Cadillacs. The dealership is wonderfull and we strongly feel they put the customer first. I would recommend this dealership because I had a very positive car buying experience there. I was greeted by Billy Hackler, the internet salesperson I had spoken with on the phone previously when inquiring about the vehicle. He showed me the car and let me take it for a test drive to see how I liked it. I mentioned I would have liked the windows to have been tinted on the drivers and passenger side, and he said I could have that done at a later date if I bought the car and they would pay to have that done. I thought that was very nice! I ended up buying the car and really love it! It's beautiful. A few days after buying the car, I received an email from Mr. Hackler thanking me for purchasing my car from Thompson Cadillac, GMC, Buick, and he said if there was anything more he could do, to let him know. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very nice and helpful. The showroom was very impressive with all the luxury vehicles parked inside and out. We made a deal to purchase a Escalade but before we arrived the Escalade was sold to some one else. We were driving from Hot Springs, AR and Bobby called my cell to turn us arround. At that time I wasn't very happy with Thompson Motors. As the months went by Bobby remained in touch with us each time they had an Escalade he thought we might like. On Saturday 7-24-10 I recieved an email with the equipment list on a 2010 Escalade. I liked that car very much and made a deal by phone. I told Bobby I'd be in on Monday 7-26-10 to purchase my Escalade. Bobby had Mike phone me to give Mike my credit card number for a deposit on the Escalade to prevent my previous experience. On Monday Bobby and Mike made the purchase go as smothly as possible and we were on our way back to Hot Springs, AR in our new Escalade. I was a pleasure working with Mike and Bobby.
