Alex Thompson I sure hope the next time you tell someone a vehicle is very clean and they drive 8 hrs round trip you put a different pair of glasses on. Your inexperienced in the car business and vehicle condition evaluation caused us a horrible waste of time. And for you as a son of the owner to not even offer a token of apology is even more aggravating. You have zero business ethics and less personality. The vehicle had 20 scratches and dings on the sides an front end. The wheel had a gash where it had been curbed and the tire had a 5" gash in the sidewall. The interior back seat had scratches in the seat and a tear. The vehicle was a 2016 Range Rover with 17000 miles with a asking price of $64900. Most dissatisfied customer. Marty Woodrome More

We spotted a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD at Thompson Sales in Springfield, MO. Our salesman, David Howard showed us different vehicles that met our criterion, ultimately we purchased the one that caught our eye. David was very helpful through whole process, and we drove our new truck home that evening. This truck had wi-fi which was new to us as well as Apple Car Play, as well as sitting with me as we did the OnStar welcome call. David answered all our questions and made us feel that we were valued customers. Thompson Sales is our dealer and David Howard is our sales representative! Highly recommended! Completely Satisfied! Thompson/GM would not fix excessive oil consumption problem. Received a letter from GM saying that the engine in my GMC Terrain may exhibit excessive oil consumption due to piston ring wear. Took it to Thompson Received a letter from GM saying that the engine in my GMC Terrain may exhibit excessive oil consumption due to piston ring wear. Took it to Thompson and the service person said the oil was not even showing on the dipstick. It had used 1 1/2 quarts in less than 5,000 miles. They said if it didn't use a quart in less than 2,000 miles... they would not fix it. The cars I owned when I was a teenager didn't even use that much oil. Who wants a car that can't even make it to the next scheduled oil change before having to add oil. They wouldn't fix a problem that they admitted was theirs. More

Just recently dropped off my 2013 CTS V Coupe for minor body and paint repair. Picked the car up on Wednesday 11/24/2016 after getting a phone call from Debbie reporting that My car was ready. During our phone conversation, I did joke some with her about a complete paint on the car which was well received. When asking seriously about the car being clean, detailed and ready to go, she assured me it was. Drove up from Branson, 40+ miles to pick it up and found the car unfinished, unpolished, or clean. The work that was done shows with slight waves on the repair. They changed the side glass panel on the side and the seal at the back point is bent outward. There was also a scratch pointed out before the repair on passenger side, and that is still there as well. There was a slight ping on the passenger side that does appear addressed in good order. In disgust, I just took the car not believing I'd get much help in the evening, on top of how could any Premium Cadillac be released without management inspection. Have viewed some of their used cars on the lot with touch up paint repair, and see that their body repair folks might need to be looked at closer. More
